The March issue of the Máquinas e Metais magazine is now online. The article "Study of the wear of solid carbide tools on the turning of super duplex stainless steel", on page 14, had as main objective to evaluate the influence of the variation of the advance and the cutting speed, as well as the use of different coatings, in the life of the carbide tools. The cutting fluid, cutting depth and tool geometry were kept constant.
