Highlights
The July/August/September issue of RTI is online. The special report “AESabesp/Fenasan 2019”, on page 14, brings a preview of “30th AESabesp Technical Meeting & 30th Fenasan - National Exhibition of Sanitation and Environment” (São Paulo - September 17th to 19th), with the theme "30 years building sanitation" and shows the main news of event. See on page 26 the article “Siphonic drainage system for large roofs”, showing that the Siphonic Rainwater Drainage System enables a greater flow capacity and allows the reduction of conductor diameters, among other advantages. Furthermore, on page 46, the article “Biogas thermal dryer and dry sludge as fuel”, analyzing the energy sustainability for the operation of a thermal sludge dryer using biogas and dry sludge as fuel. The work was carried out at a wastewater treatment plants in Curitiba, PR. This issue brings also the update “Drives and automation for water plants” and “Piping & fittings” buyers’ guides.
