Highlights
The July/August issue of Hydro is online. The special coverage “Compact sewage lift stations”, on page 20, shows that the expansion of sewage collection and treatment networks in the country has favored the evolution of a new market niche: that of compact lifting stations and brings the main solutions available in the market. See on page 30 the article “Use of neural network for dosage of chemicals”, presenting the changes applied in ETA Jardim Japan with the implementation of the station automation system, technology that uses AI – Artificial Intelligence for the online monitoring of various parameters. Furthermore, on page 38, the article “Application of volumetric and ultrasonic meters”, work that presents an analysis method that allows the identification, in the network, of meters with wear and determine in which consumers apply volumetric or ultrasonic meters. This issue brings also the update “Drives and automation for water plants”, “Aerators, compressors and blowers” and “Water pipes & fittings” buyers’ guides.
