The April issue of Plástico Industrial is online. The article “How to prevent flow marks in plastic parts”, on page 12, shows that the flow lines in thermoformed products can negatively influence the properties of the molded parts, but there are situations where they are even useful, as is the case of pressure closures for packaging. See page 34 for the article “The advantages of using food plastic packaging”, where results of a market study showed what influence factors are significant in the application of plastic food packaging in view of its main requirements - acceptable costs and effective protection of content.
